Tamara would like people to feel encouraged to do whatever they want to do in the world.  She has a new initiative called "Be Brilliant", and people can go to her website and buy a solar lamp which she'll take to the conflict zones and developing parts of the world where she reports....and give them to people who need them.  1.2 billion people around the world live without electricity.
